About Our Cakes

Our cakes are made from an original, homemade recipe from the 1800’s with some minor adjustments to adapt to the processing of raw ingredients. Our cakes come in two varieties: Bergers Original Half Cake – freshly baked layers of pound cakes with Berger Cookies fudge frosting and our Coconut Half Cake, layers of freshly baked pound cakes spread with vanilla icing and encased with coconut.
